Welcome to the 3rd Annual River City Rhythm and Rock Festival!

We are thrilled to welcome vendors, performers, and volunteers to the 3rd Annual River City Rhythm and Rock Festival! Below, you'll find important event details and participant guidelines to ensure a successful and enjoyable festival for all.

Event Date and Location:

• Date: Saturday, August 31st (rain date September 1st)

• Time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

• Location: Riverfront Park and Mill Street, Fitchburg, MA

• Setup Start: Please arrive for setup by 12:30 PM.

Event Schedule:

• 2:00 PM: Festival begins

• 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Family-friendly activities

• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Music performances, vendor market, and interactive displays

• 8:00 PM: Vendors begin breakdown

10:00 PM: Festival ends

General Guidelines for All Participants:

• Arrival Information: Important arrival information will be sent via email. Please read this carefully.

• Commitment: By participating, you commit to both the event date and the rain date.

• Equipment: Bring your own tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment.

• Inclusive Participation: The festival celebrates diversity and welcomes participants from all backgrounds.

• Alcohol: No alcohol is allowed in any public areas of the festival.

• Liability: All participants must sign a liability waiver upon arrival.

Vendor-Specific Guidelines:

• Booth Space: Each vendor gets a 10'x10' booth space. Keep your booth clean and tidy.

• Setup: Arrive at least 1 hour before the event starts to set up your booth.

• Breakdown: Vendors may begin breaking down at 8 PM. No vehicle access until after the event ends at 10 PM.

• Electricity: Indicate the need for electricity on the registration form. Bring your own extension cords and power strips.

• Approved Products: Sell only approved, family-friendly products.

• Licenses and Permits: Obtain any necessary licenses and permits.

• Sales Tax: Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.

Performer Guidelines:

• Performance Information: Provide details and accompanying music/backing tracks by August 11th.

• Arrival Time: Arrive at least two hours before your scheduled performance. Sound checks are from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

• Stage Etiquette: Be mindful of stage presence and respectful of other performers.

• Departure: Remove all equipment and belongings from the stage and festival area after your performance.

Health and Safety:

• Safety Measures: Ensure tents are properly weighted for safety.

• Health Guidelines: Follow all health and safety guidelines as provided by the event organizers.

• Emergency Services: First aid and emergency services will be available on-site.
